Hey all, in short: every time I restart, as soon as my PC connects to the internet, Chrome slows down and crashes, Steam’s library background images flicker, Firefox videos lag, and random text pops up—like Battlefield 6 textures too. The issue affects all three monitors (different models) and even the built-in GPU. It’s not just one screen; it’s the whole display, regardless of setting. Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or USB tethering via mobile all cause the same problem. I’ve had no problems until November 14 with the same setup and didn’t make any changes. If anyone has suggestions, that would be great.

My system specs: Gigabyte X870E Aorus Pro Rev 1.1, BIOS FA6d, Ryzen 9800 X3D, RX 7900 XTX, 64 GB RAM (2 sticks), Kingston Fury 6000 850W, Windows 11 Pro, 3 monitors.

I can use Steam offline without issues when there’s no internet, but everything breaks online. I tried everything for troubleshooting—changing drivers, BIOS, resetting hardware, testing cables, adjusting settings, and even overclocking. Still nothing changed the performance.

If you find a better solution, please share. I’m open to any tips.

I bought a new mainboard (Asus ROG X870E-E) during the return process for the original one. After reinstalling everything, the same problem persisted. I suspect the CPU might be the culprit. I ran standard benchmarks and CPU-specific tests like Prime95 and AMD Ryzen Master, both failing. Prime95 detected a rounding error in one thread and stopped. When I disabled the last two cores, the issues disappeared. I plan to return the CPU for replacement and will update soon.
