I was thinking about whether it's feasible to create a Steam listing that acts as a quick way to launch an emulator and then start a game like Super Mario World. Instead of just showing the emulator executable, you could include links to specific games such as Super Mario World and Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. These examples are meant for illustration only.

You can install any game or program on Steam, though it might just launch the emulator. Perhaps a custom script could direct Steam to handle it.

That's exactly what I was after—something to make me remember this game lives on your hard drive. Play it instead of searching through emulators. If it's not on Steam, I often overlook it.

The power source for the Google link is Michael Day's guide on playing SNS games from Steam with the Steam overlay.

My dolphin emulator is connected via Steam, allowing me to watch it on my laptop while lying down. Great!

It doesn't feel any better, it's hard to make the system function properly
