I'm facing a few issues. The UEFI/BIOS isn't reachable unless I reset the CMOS. During startup, the BIOS splash doesn't show up, even though fast boot is turned off. I usually try pressing F2, but I never get a chance. Pressing it while starting causes the PC to loop indefinitely. This happened on another AsRock X570 with a Ryzen 2700 and similar components. It seems my graphics card or the boot SSD might be involved. XMP and Thunderbolt 3 are active, CSM is off. My specs include an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, AsRock X570, Taichi 2x 16GB, Corsair MP300, and a 1TB SSD. I also have a 11 Platinum 750W power supply.

It seems like a damaged BIOS file. Have you attempted to replace it? If your system uses a BIOS flashback feature and you've experienced this issue before with the same components but on another board, your idea about a separate hardware component might be reasonable.

I recently replaced an Asus M4A79 because of the same issue. Each time I shared it, I needed to reset the CMOS. I sent a return request for the board.
