Before proceeding with a factory reset, look for alternative ways to reach your router. Since the default IP like 192.168.0.1 isn't working, try using another device on the same network or check if the router's admin page is accessible via a different port or method. Ensure your device has a stable connection and verify the firmware version matches the one you have. If issues persist, consider resetting the DHCP server settings or consulting Netgear support for compatibility.

Yes, I can try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser.
Can you check if it works on other devices?

Check ipconfig /all to confirm your default gateway, then attempt a connection with various browsers. I've encountered situations where Firefox fails to load the login page while Chrome functions correctly, often because session cookies are involved. If this persists, restart both your PC and router, then retry. Should that fail, reset your router to factory settings and try again. If none of these steps work, perform a factory reset on the router and proceed. If you still face issues across multiple devices using different browsers, verify you have the correct router IP and that your PC receives an accurate assignment. In such cases, contact the manufacturer for warranty support or consider replacing the router if it's out of warranty.

I also attempted to clear the cache and test on different devices, but faced issues. Edge opened smoothly this time. Appreciate the help!

Are you asking about the reboot for the router or the PC? If not done yet, remove all data for the router's IP from your browser, shut it down completely and then restart. You might also try ipconfig /flushdns just in case. It seems like the browser is using cached or local information if it works through Edge.

I've rebooted several computers, reset the router and cleared the DNS, but the issue persists in Chrome while it works in Edge. Cleared cache and local storage yet it doesn't fix the problem. Now I can proceed as needed.
