I recently switched from a Truenas setup to a Proxmox environment that included Truenas. I performed a backup and the installation proceeded smoothly until I restored the settings from my previous Truenas. The system then failed. Previously, I had a bridge in my old Truenas to support VMs, but it seems those configurations might have caused the issue (I can't reach the UI via the IP). Truenas functioned correctly before enabling Paravirtualize Ethernet, and even running a VM on the same network doesn't resolve the problem.
