I attempted to transfer these files to the SSD instead, but it didn’t function properly, so I returned them to their original location. However, when I tried restoring everything to its default state, the issue persisted.
Instead of using files, folders, images, etc., the correct location should be C:\Users\Andy\Desktop, documents, picture, etc. All references point to C:\Users\Andy\Videos? Try this fix from Microsoft Support. Manually move your data to another drive before attempting that change.
