I installed the newest version of Windows 11 on my desktop without any issues. After completing the update, I adjusted some sleep and lockout settings. When I returned 20 minutes later, I tried logging back in but my password failed to authenticate. It refuses to accept non-work or school accounts, even though I haven’t used a work account before. The system insists it’s trying to connect me to my Microsoft work account, but the password input keeps returning as incorrect. I’ve also reset the work account password, yet access remains blocked. I attempted a full Windows recovery and backed up my files, but that didn’t resolve the problem. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
