I attempted it. It appears to be a .RAR file, but it doesn't integrate into the game. Should I perform any steps while adding it? Checking if a menu exists within the game?

I realize you might be trying to convey confusion, but let's clarify your point. Could you explain what you mean by "how do I do that"?

Open the free trial from winrar.de and extract the .rar file into the folder mentioned on the site. The menu should display the extraction option.

The site is busy with a lot of activity. Setting up mostly means unpacking and placing the files in the right folders. There are directories like cars and tracks, and it’s pretty straightforward. This is the easiest game I’ve ever made mods for—I currently have around 300 cars and more than 70 tracks.
