Hello everyone, a few days ago I made a kind of change to my CPU I7 4770K from 3.5GHZ to 4.4GHZ. After that, I decided to reset it and chose the BIOS option "Load optamizition defult." Then I noticed some games I play suddenly crash, lose signal on my monitor, and I had to reset the computer. I tried resetting the BIOS by removing the battery and reinstalling it, but also checked the CMOS switch on the motherboard – it didn’t help much. Now I’m trying again. Hope this helps someone figure out what went wrong. I used to play every game smoothly without any crashes, and I want to reset to the factory settings of my CPU/Motherboard. My motherboard model is GA-Z87X-UD4H, thank you all for your help!

update the BIOS within BIOS via Q-Flash
mmm, but then it prompts you to load something—there are many choices available.

Helpstar:
Download the BIOS from here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product...=4488#bios
Version F10b
Unzip the file and copy "Z87XUD4H.10b" to a USB flash drive. Restart your PC, enter Q-Flash, and select this file.

I tried it but it didn’t work. I just played a game and then it crashed, lost signal suddenly. For example, right now I’m chatting with a friend on Skype, but the issue appeared. I had to restart my PC to get the monitor back. Please help!

Are there any tools for checking or adjusting the system installed on Windows?
Monitor temperature using Coretemp
Use Intel Processor Diagnostics Tool
Check HDD/SSD with manufacturer's software
Boot with MemTest86+
Install Intel chipset drivers and other updates via Intel Update Utility
Determine the exact power supply and try a different one
