Looks like Linus mentioned they plan to assign one CPU core per instance, but I don’t think that’s the right approach. Let the scheduler handle its tasks. Even though MC relies on SC performance, it’s actually multithreaded—just run the instances and let it work. Use Paper for a vanilla server with Sponge for modpacks; this should give you optimal performance. I hope Jake has sufficient experience with this.
