Ignored it, sorry. I had to open Task Manager to find the OCD issue (Windows is running on SD if you didn’t see it)

What kind of laptop is this? Given the boot drive label as "SD," it seems to be a basic embedded eMMC flash storage. It functions adequately but is significantly slower than modern options like SATA SSDs. It's a dual-core processor running a 6-watt chip from five years prior. It doesn't have much left to offer, that's all!
