I've been using an Everest Max keyboard for about a year now. It worked well for a while, but after a few months I started having issues when I turned my computer back on. Some keyboard features didn't respond, like keybindings and the audio dial wouldn't match the actual volume. I've been trying to fix it by unplugging and plugging it back in, but Basecamp still doesn't recognize the keyboard properly. They've been unresponsive to my support requests for months. Any advice would be really helpful.
