In 2070, my voice gets really loud if the monitor isn’t turned on quickly enough during startup. Not sure if this matters for you.

depends on the supplier I believe. I own two Aorus 2080ti units in SLI mode with a 1600W PSU. Running any of the intense tests in 3DMark shows they both activate and only restart after rebooting, but other scenarios function normally. It seems the issue is linked to power loss detection.
