He friend purchased a TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS(WIFI) and an AMD 5600G, but it wouldn’t power up. We attempted a BIOS flashback, which didn’t help and displayed a green solid light. Various online solutions were tried, yet nothing resolved the issue. The computer powers on with lights but the fan remains off, and pressing the power button yields no response. What might be the solution?

Yes, it’s just the USB drive with FAT32 formatting, and the BIOS file has been updated via the renamer tool. It appears to be the sole content on the device.

Could the issue stem from the stick not being transformed into an MBR?

The flash could malfunction; have you attempted another try or used a different BIOS update?

Consider using various USB drives. Older USB2 models usually perform better for this task.

We also tested the latest bios version. The ATX and mATX share identical bios.

It's clearly not USB3, it's quite outdated.
