Could you try using just one USB cable to transfer your 512MB flash drive? It might sound a bit unusual, but it’s definitely possible. You’d just need to connect the drive to the controller via USB and load the ROMs as usual.

It should be straightforward—connect a passive hub to the controller via a single USB port. You can customize the board as needed, and the logic controller built into the hub will handle the rest.

It looks great, there’s ample room in the housing for the controller, and adding a bit more weight to the controller itself would make it feel more substantial. Thanks!
