These are my hardware details:
Power Supply: Corsair RMx Shift Series RM750x
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B650M-E wifi
Processor: Ryzen 7 9800x3D
AIO Cooler: Water Cooler MSI MAG Coreliquid M360
Graphics: RTX 4070 Super
Memory: 2 x 32GB Kingston Fury Beast 6000MT/s
Cooling: 4 Rise Mode Hex Turbine PWM
NVMe Storage: 1TB ADATA SX8200, 2TB WD Green SN350
SSDs: 1GB Generic from AliExpress
HDDs: 2 x 1TB Seagate ST1000DM003
I checked a calculator from Corsair and it suggested a 650W supply. I chose this model because it was listed on the Cultists Network High-Tier section.
I don’t overclock and won’t. I might upgrade to a better mid-range GPU in about two years and a larger NVMe SSD later.
Was he right or full of BS?
Thanks!!

Your PSU should be fine. I wouldn't worry about it.

Yeah, everything looks good
The 4070 model uses relatively low power
There aren't any unusual power surges (well under 350w)
