I don’t know a tool that fits all those requirements, but you might try some options. Look into simple 3D software like SketchUp or Tinkercad for quick results, or use Maya’s free version if you’re open to it. Both let you build scenes with basic shapes and have easy workflows.

Blender works perfectly fine. The key is to master its features rather than pretending you're an animator from the start.
