Wait until the current download finishes and installation is complete before restarting it after all updates.

It won't restart itself automatically; I've set it to restart after a short delay, such as an hour or two from now, in case you need a service.

After completing the updates, you can perform a manual restart. This will clear any scheduled restarts you might have set.
