The recent motherboard model and the specific chipset appear to be involved. I’m still trying to confirm if the conflict lies in the hardware or if another factor is at play.

Deliver the item now and request another one soon. It seems the PC might be faulty. Also, here are your top specs: best performance available or my current configuration. The recommendation was 12700f and 3070 for 2.2k, which is manageable with a 13700k and 3090 in this budget.

Windows favors Wi-Fi connections in recent versions and also activates IPv6 automatically. (better spyware) Have you tried turning off Wi-Fi and IPv6? Did you verify if the router has predefined bandwidth settings or defaults?

My ping is a constant 15ms with Spectrum, no IPv6. So tell me who you work for to post such lies ? There is nothing in networking ethernet and wi-fi "with each other".
