I recently shared my experience online about possible fiber bend issues, and several users confirmed they might have the same problem. I contacted my ISP who dispatched a technician who reported everything is in order. I'm using a Genexis modem and have noticed speed fluctuations. After checking the modem settings, the transmission power readings and other parameters seem within normal ranges. Are these values acceptable for your setup?

Fibre appears to deliver power as usual for a solid FTTP PON link. If the technician observes strong light readings with their advanced gear, the issue likely lies with the ISP rather than the cable itself.

It might have been possible, but the issue began after I contacted my ISP to relocate the modem and cables from the first floor to the second floor.
