Hello, recently my Windows desktop turned completely white and I couldn't do anything. Fortunately, I found a guide on how to fix this issue. I just needed to bring my PC back to a restore point. I did that because I had created one recently. It worked fine until I restarted my computer and it would not boot and displayed a blue screen every time. The blue screen showed the error "critical process died." My first thought was to try restoring Windows like before, but I needed a password. I attempted to enter my PC or Microsoft account password, but nothing worked. Then I quickly realized that any solution—command prompt, restore point, or resetting the PC—required a password, and none of the ones I tried were correct. I'm hoping someone can assist with this problem. (Sorry, my English isn't perfect; it's not my native language.)

Consider using a Windows installation disk to resolve your boot issues. Refer to Method 1 in the guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubl...leshooting

You recently attempted the setup, but each time you try to restore the system, the process begins but halts just before completion due to an error (0x8007002) occurring during the restoration.

I shared some updates. Before using memtest86, I checked if the RAM was correctly installed, so I unplugged it and reinserted it. Now, whenever I try to boot the PC, the debug LED keeps flashing with CPU and RAM errors. I've tried every RAM stick in each slot, but the restarts are unpredictable—sometimes it works on just a few slots like A1, A2, B1 or B2, other times it fails completely or even works everywhere. This might be linked to the software problem. One thing that stands out is the CPU cooler was difficult to secure, possibly creating pressure issues.
