Motherboard: Msi X670E MPG Carbon Wifi
CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D (PBO On)
GPU: RTX 4090 Gigabyte Gaming OC
CPU Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360
RAM: 64GB GSkill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 6000 CL30
PSU: Montec Titan Gold 1200
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 2TB
OS: Windows 10 Pro Unactivated
Functionality remains stable until the monitor fails, displaying "No DisplayPort signal." The system stays powered on with all lights illuminated but fans reach maximum speed. After a short delay, it reboots and logs error codes b4 and 15 via the orange troubleshoot LED on the motherboard. It then restarts normally to the Windows login screen. Assistance is available if needed.

Are I in the right forum? What BIOS version is installed on your motherboard right now? Consider adjusting the cooling block or assembly by rotating it 90 degrees counterclockwise for each screw.

My current Bios is E7D70AMS.180 and the build date is 8/10/2023. I attempted to ease the pressure on my CPU as advised, but I'm unsure if it made a difference. Also, I'm wondering if this might be related to a PSU issue since I'm using a cooler master vertical mounting kit. Is there any way to check or troubleshoot the PSU?

It's strange how the issue reappears without any clear reason. It lacks a consistent pattern, just randomly resets whenever it decides. Occasionally, it doesn't restart at all, leaving the monitor black and the fans running at full speed, which I have to shut down manually.

Identified the problem: the card experienced thermal throttling because the thermal paste wasn't applied correctly during assembly, leading to heat buildup in a hotspot. This issue wasn't reflected in the HWINFO output, which is unusual. After fixing it, the card worked properly.
