Set up a fresh PC recently but observed that the screen looks hazy compared to my previous machine. It's not a full resolution drop but it's clearly less sharp than when I used my 2019 model (2600x1660 Ti). My configuration includes Windows 11 64bit, MSI Mag Mortar B650M, 7700x2x16GB Trident 6000MHz CL30 RAM, EXPO, Sapphire Pulse 7900XTX WD 850X 2TB, Corsair RM850e Monitor—a 144Hz 1080p AOC panel.

You should verify what Windows is showing on the screen. Go to Settings, then Display, and select Advanced Display. Make sure Windows is displaying the right resolution and at least YcBcR444 or RGB 8bit. Adjusting these settings is available in the graphics card control panel, but I’m only familiar with Nvidia Control Panel, so I can’t assist there.

I've tested it and it's already configured that way. Are there more options you'd like to explore?

Chose to clean up by wiping the screen and starting over, and everything now matches the original setup. Planning to reinstall graphics drivers and adjust settings until the issue is resolved.

Found the solution when enabling Game Mode in Adrenalin for AMD activated a feature named "Radeon Image Sharpening," which instead made the screen appear blurry. Turning it off and restarting resolved the issue, and my performance actually got better.
