I tried the m141 and upgraded with a viper steel DDR4 to boost memory. After installation, the system crashed immediately when I tried to power it on again. I can't send the card back since I'm not in the US, but I want to figure out what went wrong. From the tutorials I found, everyone used the same RAM model, frequency, and everything worked fine—why is mine different? Also, I updated the BIOS but it didn’t help.
