I possess the Windows.~BT folder on your (C Smile

drive, which is 6.29GB in size. I attempted the wuauclt.exe /updatenow command but it didn’t work. It appears the files are already downloaded and installation isn’t proceeding.

I would explore some options. First, check the discussion boards. Next, perform another search, using Google. Then, visit Reddit and join r/windows10. I'll wait to see what happens.
