Check if the MB can be uninstalled from Windows. You might need to use a registry edit or uninstall the device manually.

Maybe switching to another USB port would help, just a guess. My PSU is linked to an internal USB port and it doesn’t appear there (luckily, otherwise I’d have to send it back…). Probably the issue is that you connected it to the wrong port (hopefully).

no additional ports are available as the EKWB Fan hub is linked to another device and isn't visible.
