Hey, I see the issue. When I open my Steam games, a black screen appears and I’m forced to restart my PC, which is really frustrating. I’ve already messaged Steam support, but I know they’ll be busy this time of year. My question is: what can I do to fix this annoying crashing problem? Also, I’ve tried clearing the game cache, but it didn’t help.

When I launch Far Cry 4 on UPLAY it works smoothly without any issues.
My system specs include an Intel i5-4690K, Gigabyte GTX 970 MSI Z97S SLI Plus One SSD (1TB), Corsair H105, 16GB RAM, Windows 8.1 64-bit OS.
