Shadowplay works well for capturing audio. It seems unclear about streaming capabilities, but saving files locally is ideal. Performance remains minimal during recording.

Xsplit is becoming outdated while OBS remains the preferred choice. It offers a lighter weight, free access, open-source nature, and plugin compatibility. Xsplit is mainly retained for supporting certain cameras, but for general use on PC, OBS is the better option.
