The specifications shared through Speccy are safe and suitable if needed. The processor is an Intel i5-6400 at 2.70GHz, paired with an AMD Radeon graphics card (model 0x67DF). The system runs Windows 10, has 32 GB of RAM, and the OS is up to date. It includes a Prime Z270a 1302 motherboard. This setup was recently changed from an Xbox Series X to a PC version of a game, initially using high graphics settings with limited performance. After testing, the system performed well under moderate settings but struggled at higher resolutions, dropping to around 20 FPS when scaling down. Several troubleshooting steps were attempted without success. The previous owner had upgraded the hardware, possibly resetting settings to defaults. The current company is hesitant to discuss technical details like XMP or EXPO and has declined further assistance. I’m seeking advice from someone with more experience to confirm whether this issue stems from a reset or another factor. I apologize for not having deeper knowledge beforehand, but I’m eager to learn and improve.

It’s best to be careful when downloading files from online forums. What program is being offered? Could you provide the link to the forum post? Ideally, if it’s a genuine driver, removing it and using another version should resolve the issue. Otherwise, you might have fallen victim to malware.

You’ve been tricked. Get DDU, erase all drivers, and install the correct versions from the manufacturers site! Avoid clicking random links, especially those that mimic trusted brands. If you see yourself mimicking a legitimate company, it’s safer to start fresh on a new drive or SSD.

You might revert to your previous drivers, thinking you received an update. It’s also possible someone impersonated a company account to deliver malicious software. Could you share the forum link? If unsure, analyze the downloaded files with Virustotal to verify their safety.

I’m not sure about the High and Ultra options for an iGPU. Do you own a separate dedicated GPU?

It's an Intel CPU and Speccy lists the graphics card as an AMD Radeon processor. This isn't integrated. Checking the 0x67DF code points to the RX 580. It might be that Speccy isn't accurate or the display driver is damaged.

Hello, thank you for your clarification. The game version is Trian Sim World 6. The installer came from a staff member at Dovetail Games, listed under the 'Staff Member' tag in the forums. This person was also the same individual I contacted via support. The link provided led to a secure AMD download page. Many users are talking about the RX580, and I received a link for the RX570. I tend to be careful with downloads that seem suspicious since I often play TS and ETS, which sometimes need manual setup and file transfers.
