No, it doesn't launch properly. Also, there are still problems installing mods. Just fixed the issue where the game wouldn't start, but now I'm stuck with modifying it myself—it's really challenging.

It's regrettable that the servers on Nexus aren't functioning correctly, which reduces convenience. You can still obtain mods manually from the website, then install them using the Nexus Mod Manager by opening it in offline mode, navigating to the mods tab, and selecting 'Add mod from file.'
