I'm setting up a new rig and am unsure about the best storage configuration. My main purpose is gaming, and if you need more details just let me know. (I'm new to the PC world)

Consider a budget-friendly SSD such as an mx500 and opt for a more affordable HDD for bulk storage. It's tough to pinpoint exact options without knowing the budget.

I thought I’d need around 150 dollars for storage, but maybe it can be reduced if possible.

For practical purposes, this is sufficient.

I don’t have any specific suggestions, but you might look into compact storage options.

For the boot disk or data storage, adding more space isn't harmful. However, if you're looking for the exact same Seagate drive but with reduced capacity, that's possible.

An M.2 NVMe is decent but not essential. A 500GB SATA SSD for the operating system and your top games, plus a 1-4TB HDD for bulk storage. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/J6TJFt

For mass storage and yes, you're likely correct that adding more storage doesn't hurt, but the issue is that my currency isn't dollars—it's Colombian pesos.

Not recommended for the A400—it's a TLC model and lacks dramatic moments.
