What do you think about the Elder Scrolls having many mods similar to Skyrim? I'm really curious! Can a GTX 1180 or 2080 handle heavy modding? I’m not sure these things are easy to figure out, but thanks for checking in! Your insights mean a lot.

The Bethesda titles have generally supported modding in the past, which is likely.

We haven't even set a release date yet, so we can't predict the required hardware. Regarding mods, I'm hoping they'll remain as mod-friendly as before, but considering Bethesda's recent stance with the Creation Club, it seems mods will be restricted to what they officially approve through their store, making third-party methods significantly harder than in the past.
