I have a Dell Latitude 7480 and a Rioddas external DVD player. I can play CDs fine, but DVDs don't work. They act like regular CDs, showing the title and a top-level list instead of playing the content. What am I doing incorrectly?
It seems you might want to add DVD playback tools. By default, Windows doesn't come with one. VLC Media Player often works well for this.
