Hello everyone, I found another topic that seems intriguing: Release – some time in the mid/late 90s. Genre: Graphic adventure puzzle. Platform: PC/Windows. Setting: You're aboard a massive spaceship. Everyone seems missing, and you must uncover what happened. Key moments: - You come across a video showing someone being killed by a giant spider-like alien. - You need to disable a nuclear device using a code you had to find or assemble. Any suggestions?

The book is excellent and the game was my top choice. I played it repeatedly and enjoyed the challenges. The cover art for the first British version features Arthur C. Clarke, while Bruce Pennington designed the artwork. It’s published in the UK by Gollancz and in the US by Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. Released in June 1973 in the UK and August 1973 in the US, it’s a hardback with 69,048 words. It earned the Locus Award for Best Novel in 1974 and the Nebula Award shortly after. Many readers consider it a key work in Clarke's collection, with several sequels following.
