I attempted to disable the LEDs via the front panel controller after locating the 2-pin connector. It doesn’t fit into the header inputs on the motherboard and seems intended for fan control. I’m unsure how to connect it or turn off the LEDs on your ASROCK B450M Pro4 R2.0.

This indicates that power and ground connections can be used to switch off the LEDs. You might have to either short or disconnect them based on their wiring. Be aware you could need to swap the LEDs for resistors so the fan receives the correct voltage levels.

Did the fans and controller include your case? If yes, noting the case type would be useful. If not, describing the fans or providing images could help.
