I own an iMac 2020 with both macOS and Windows. I recently purchased a Bluetooth keyboard but didn’t think about it during the boot process (pressing a key to select OS). When it started up after using a wired keyboard, it didn’t connect automatically. Instead of buying a completely new RF wireless keyboard, could there be a dongle that would link instantly once powered on? Since I believe a standard Bluetooth dongle only adds Bluetooth capability and waits for booting, it shouldn’t resolve the issue. I’m open to other solutions you might have. Thanks ahead!

No solution exists with BT; must use dedicated RF and then it functions similarly to a wired device.
