Gaming and streaming mean focusing your spending on the most powerful Nvidia GPU you can afford, preferably by trimming CPU costs. The small gap you gain with a 10600 or 10900k compared to a 3600 or 3700x is hardly noticeable when moving from a 5700XT to a 2080Super, which you could obtain with a 3600 + 2080S bundle. You’ll experience much higher FPS—likely around 20% more—on the 2080S than on a 5700XT, whereas Intel chips only make a difference if you have top-tier graphics power and run at high refresh or lower settings. The chance of seeing any improvement with older models like the 2060/2070/5700/5700XT is minimal. The Nvenc encoder also handles streaming well, making it a solid choice. I’d redirect your Intel CPU budget toward a better GPU instead.
