For gaming, both options work well. The additional cores boost performance in multi-threaded tasks. Check availability and pricing to find the best choice.

10850k costs 55 USD less today. Many shops exist besides komplett; komplett isn't the only real option for computer parts. Completes tends to be quite pricey—consider using prisjakt.no.

You're both right, and I didn't realize it. Most shops have cluttered websites that make browsing parts difficult. I usually rely on "Prisjakt.no" to check prices, and for my most recent build, Komplett.no actually offered the best deals. Only a handful of items were cheaper elsewhere because postal charges added up. The tower was the only model Komplett still carries since they stopped selling Lian-Li, so I opted for the O11D-XL. Also, I never pay extra for postal fees at Komplett—it's included in the "Club" benefits. Usually, when I factor in those costs at other stores, Komplett provides a better or similar price because they aim to stay competitive after adding shipping. Back to the main point: We're waiting a bit longer; it seems there might be a 5900X increase soon, which makes more sense considering how we use it.
