It seems the issue was mainly due to high virtual memory usage. With 99.8% load and 11GB RAM plus 20GB virtual memory, the system was under strain. Pagefile is managed by the OS. Could adjusting RAM allocation or optimizing applications help? Let me know if you need more ideas! Thanks!

Consider a system restore or reset Windows if needed, since your last backup is over 8 months old.

Game settings weren't managed by the system, which was helpful but still caused high load and crashes. I have 16GB of RAM.
