Can I increase the overclocking of that laptop? I can't adjust the fan speed or voltage settings. When I set the maximum core clock to 135, the graphics didn't flicker, but adding 100 to the memory clock caused the temperature to rise to 90, so I stopped the process. It has an 8GB RAM and a 2GB graphics card as mentioned (HP A620X).

I think it's not worth trying, as it could cause overheating.
940MX is Nvidia's basic mobile graphics GPU.
If you need better performance, consider replacing the original thermal compounds and pads with higher-quality ones. Alternatively, use a cooling pad to maintain airflow while gaming. This would help keep the CPU and GPU running at higher speeds longer.

If you need better performance, I recommend disassembling the laptop and swapping out the original thermal compounds and pads for higher-quality ones. Alternatively, using a cooling pad would help maintain airflow while gaming. This way, the CPU and GPU can run at higher speeds longer.
Oh okay thanks a lot
