I purchased a preassembled PC from CyberpowerPC and selected 8GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM along with a Ryzen 5 2400G processor. This configuration uses 2GB of RAM for GPU memory, leaving me with 6GB, which I realize is quite limited. I’m planning to add an additional 8GB stick. While checking Speccy, I noticed my RAM speed was only 299.8MHz—this seems quite low. Could you help explain why this might be? Image attached.

CPU-Z shows system CPU usage and detailed processor information. Task Manager displays real-time performance metrics, including CPU utilization, processes, and resource consumption.

It's a 1066 DRAM, right? You can double it, but it's still low. Have you turned on XMP (DOCP for Asus boards)? If enabled, you'll notice the DRAM frequency at 1200MHz.

CPU-Z indicates what appears to be correct; perhaps Speccy is showing an incorrect value. I turned on XMP, and the BIOS reported approximately 2750mhz. It might just be a minor discrepancy.

The software has issues. The processor speed reported is 2400 MHz.
