The Hyper 212 Evo isn't the top choice for cooling, that's for sure. You're probably looking at the P300 instead of the P300A. Your setup doesn't offer strong airflow, and the cooler isn't doing much, but overall temperatures are fine.
Phanteks offers panels separately, especially for the P400 line, though finding the P300 model is tricky. Based on the P400’s price, a new case should cost similarly. To check if this applies to you, take off the front panel and observe temperature changes. If they noticeably improve, search eBay for used listings or consider leaving the panel out.
