Sorry to hear you're facing issues. I tried refreshing, resetting, and reinstalling everything, even formatting the system and starting Windows 8.1 again. The PC still freezes without a clear reason, and I keep seeing the error code 0xc00000e. Sometimes it launches normally but then crashes. I'm really confused about what's going wrong. No, I didn't format the hard drive before reinstalling.

It seems like a RAM or PSU issue might be the cause. Make sure all connections are firmly in place and correctly installed. Try reseating the RAM in various slots and reset the BIOS to its default settings—perhaps a BIOS update is needed, though it doesn’t work on Windows. If the system is freezing, that could indicate a deeper problem.
