I attempted to use d/l on their site, but my refurbished PC from Best Buy isn’t responding. I don’t have a phone number for the MS model. What should I do?

No specific reason mentioned—just that upgrading to Windows 10 is a big step forward.

W7 works well with this HP PC, which has an i5-4570 in its SFF setup.

Back in the day, M$ needed a separate disc for each service pack of your CD key—it was really unreliable. Windows 10 can run without a disc now; just enable activation for complete functionality. The exact position of Windows 7 in this context isn’t clear.

This setup can handle Windows 10 easily. If you specifically require version 7, I also have an OEM ISO that supports all licenses and works with your HP system. Let me know if you'd like a link to the Google Drive file.
