Hello! I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my 7900XTX setup. It's been running for about a year now, and while it usually works fine, I've noticed ongoing stutters in F1 24 and some benchmarking results that are significantly lower than expected. It's affecting my gameplay and can be noticeable during tests. I'm not sure if this is just a normal issue with the game or something more related to my graphics card or power supply. I've spent around £1000 on a GPU, so I was expecting smooth performance, but sometimes it still experiences huge power spikes. The temperatures are staying under control, and no thermal throttling has been reported. If you have any tips or solutions, I'd really appreciate it!

Have you experimented with unparking your cores? It could be worth trying, according to me.

I haven't come across it before. Do you have any suggestions for programs you'd like to try? Thank you!

Run QuickCPU, then proceed with the steps to unlock all cores and boost performance. I faced a comparable problem with titles such as Just Cause 4—once I unlocked the cores, the game ran smoothly again.

Downloaded it but all cores were already unparked—it still worked as a cool utility. I used it during a race known for stuttering, and I didn’t see any issues. I also went into bios to disable fTPM, but I’m not sure which change actually fixed things. I haven’t run benchmarks yet. Thanks for your help!

It seems the problem lies with AMD's Fluid Motion Frames. Running it would cause severe stutters and crashes, but turning it off resolves the issue completely. Good to know it isn't a hardware fault!
