Absolutely, ensure all clocks remain consistent. If your GPU timing fluctuates during stutters, it helps pinpoint the issue. Check GPU/CPU/ram/vram timing, temperatures, and usage. Do you have the chance to run GPU tests on another machine?

Hi, I looked at the results you shared. Everything seems fine with the clocks—no obvious issues detected.

It doesn't seem like micro stuttering, it's a regular occurrence. Make sure to look at GPU and CPU usage, especially during those moments when the stutters appear.

review the details per core instead of total usage. Around 80% overall suggests several cores are likely stuck. The GPU is also at full capacity even with a frame rate cap—probably the main issue. Any stutters seem obvious now. Try lowering settings, possibly adjusting resolution, and check if performance improves.

It occurs even in CS:GO 2 with CPU usage around 30-40% and I don’t believe it’s fixed.
