Man, I wasn't sure if there was a solution for this. I'm using a 780Ti stock build from Gigabyte with all the advanced settings enabled. It's running at Ultra High, VSync is on, and I usually see 110-150fps when it's not using anti-aliasing. MSAA is off, GPU Max Buffer is set to 1, and everything seems fine. My PC handles it without issues, but I still get some microstutter. Have you heard of any fixes for this problem after a year?

I didn't realize this was a problem. My microstutter disappeared once I turned off VSync, maybe giving it a try?

I received them after turning it off, yes, but I also experience some screen tearing. I’m considering the 144Hz monitor from ASUS at the link you shared. Could it help with the tearing issues?

The setup for that screen looks quite plain, and I was hoping to switch to a 27-inch model because I already have a 24-inch one. Still, I think having two monitors would be beneficial.

Increasing the buffer size doesn't alter the outcome.

I tried all available buffering settings, but the issue continues to worsen.
