I was adjusting my 7600k using Asus's auto 5 Ghz Kaby Lake utility, which kept the CPU at its default voltage. When running AIDA64 it performed well at 5 Ghz and stayed cool (60-75°C with H115i in quiet mode), but the voltages were between 1.45 and 1.5 V. It usually operates at lower voltages and only increases to this level when boosting to 5 Ghz. Is this acceptable, or should I make more manual adjustments?

Kaby Lake handles older systems better than others. 1.5v is too much. The highest I would think about is 1.4v.

It would be wise to consider a 4.8Ghz overclock.
