Checked the compatibility of the 7600/7600x full with 6400 CL32 RAM, including this specific model. It should work smoothly with Expo support.

With the Ryzen 7000 series, you have two memory controller settings: 1:1 and 2:1. Most boards switch to 2:1 above 6000MT/s, which can hurt performance significantly—avoiding 6400 in that mode is wise. If your board defaults to 1:1 or you set it manually, success with 6400 is uncertain, around a 50/50 chance. Stick with this kit instead: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/ypRwrH/...xlwu60afdg

That would also work, but I still recommend the Silicon Power kit. From what I understand, they share the same PCB, memory ICs, and PMIC as the TeamGroup kit, so you’re just getting a minor variation in the heat spreader and a different RMA team.
