The Intel Celeron G3900 is indeed a Skylake processor. It should work with the Gigabyte H110M-S2H, which supports 6th generation Skylake CPUs out of the box without needing any BIOS updates.

Of course, but remember from the previous discussion, don’t purchase a new CPU. Instead, visit your local computer store and check if they can upgrade your BIOS.
